  • Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver (summary): As described in the TOS, most disputes must be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions), subject to limited exceptions (e.g., small-claims court and temporary injunctive relief). The arbitration administrator, rules, seat, language, and number of arbitrators are specified in the TOS.
  • Opt-Out (U.S. consumers): If you are a U.S. consumer, the TOS provides a 30-day window to opt out of arbitration and the class-action waiver by following the instructions in the TOS. Opting out does not affect the rest of the TOS or this Privacy Policy.
  • Governing Law & Venue: Any non-arbitrable disputes or permitted court proceedings are governed and heard as stated in the TOS.

For the full, current terms governing dispute resolution—including definitions, procedures, exceptions, allocation of fees, confidentiality, severability, and survival—please review the Terms of Service.
